Communication, Ahhhh, what a joy that I forgot I could have. Not only could I express my true feelings about issues I had but I could also observe myself in the process and how much learning has taken place over such a short period of time. A testament to the effectiveness of the OPTIMA Program. I was also much more able to freely observe the process of others and realized that my Beingness was their special gift to me. The joy and freedom of expression that is now being created in our lives is something that my partner and I realized we once had, but that it somehow got misplaced while chasing the success paradigm. It's such a pleasure to travel a journey that allows us to recapture these feelings.

Again it was an experience of total expansion. This time around there was a feeling of relief in that a great burden had seemingly shifted. A burden that, with clarity, I not only understand why it was there but what I can do to take effective steps in not allowing it to come back. I discovered a secret, an Aladdin's Cave if you like, where all the treasures to life can be found. Yet the secret is so simple but so complex at the same time, it's effective communication, and once I learn to communicate more effectively, I can have anything I want.

Harrison and Anjou, you continue to astound me. I am in awe of your boundless wisdom, your integrity, your commitment to excellence and so much more. Your commitment to me and your unconditional love for me is as you know, something that I am unfamiliar with. The outcome for me was beyond my wildest dreams. I know you know this, but from the dark side of the wall, you can tell me what it is like on the other side but I cannot grasp it until I experience it. I am experiencing an understanding and clarity I have not known. I am experiencing a new world of feeling and it FEELS light and exhilarating. Thank you so much.

My program experience was richly rewarding in that I have begun a process of uncovering and unraveling the incidents and associated emotions that unconsciously drive my life. This process was undertaken in an outstanding environment and led superbly in such a way that I felt loved and supported at all times.

The program was an experience of total expansion. To learn that you can experience all the joys in life if you could only clear the stuff that is preventing you from accessing these joys is a truly enlightening and liberating experience. To finally be exposed to a technology that can clear all the masks and veils I've put on over the years, all the blame and social hooks I've learned to sharpen, all the layers of pain and rejection I've attracted, all the busyness, numbness, shame, guilt and greed that has masqueraded as a normal life built on success. To finally have access to a technology that makes communication with loved ones so attractive and juicy, to be able to fill up all the black holes with a new language and understanding is a gift that only special people can give. My time on the program was spent with such people.

Powerful, intriguing & thought-provoking. I especially love the exercise on how to duplicate people's feelings and validate them. It is a powerful tool to apply in relationships to resolve issues while it is up in a more harmonious way.

I highly recommend OPTIMA to anyone wanting to transform themselves and are wanting to become the best version of themselves.
